About Us

Hi, I'm the founder of Beltway Bridges.

I'm a speech-language pathologist and a mom, based right here in the DMV area. Like a lot of parents, I know how overwhelming it can feel to search for the right specialist for your kid — and as an SLP, I also know how many wonderful independent clinicians are out there who families simply never find.

For years, I've run a Facebook group of nearly 2,000 speech-language pathologists across DC, Maryland, and Virginia — a place where we share resources, ask each other questions, and support one another. That community is the backbone of Beltway Bridges: every clinician on this platform is part of a network I know and trust, not a stranger pulled from a generic search.

Beltway Bridges exists to make that same trusted, local network available to families — for free, always. Whether you're looking for a clinician, trying to find your child's people through a social group, or you're a fellow SLP looking to grow your caseload, I built this for you.
